If you run an agency or consultancy and want to discuss bulk credits, annual billing, white-label PDFs, or integrations, reach out via the billing contact in your NiceCite account or mention your use case when signing up.
How to get help
- Signed-in users: Go to Settings for billing, plan changes, credit balance, data export, and account deletion.
- Bug reports: Include the URL you audited, the audit ID or report link if you have one, what you expected, what happened, and your browser. Screenshots help.
- Billing questions: Handle these from Settings first. If the issue is not resolved there, contact support with your account email and transaction details.
Response expectations
Support is handled through your account. Most requests are reviewed within one business day; complex investigations (for example, a crawl that misbehaves on a specific CMS) can take longer, and we will tell you up front. We do not offer 24/7 phone support, and we are honest about that instead of pretending otherwise.
Data & privacy
For privacy questions, data export, account deletion, or GDPR / CCPA requests, use the self-serve options in Settings or contact support from the email on your NiceCite account. We only crawl pages your site already serves publicly, we store the resulting audit data against your account, and we do not sell crawl data to third parties. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
No ranking guarantees
NiceCite measures and improves how AI engines read your site. We do not promise that you will be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, or Google AI Overviews, and we will never sell you "guaranteed" citations or rankings. Any vendor making that promise — for AI engines or for traditional search — is not telling you the truth.
