If something in the product is broken — a stuck audit, a missing report, a charge you do not recognize, or a confusing score — email support@nicecite.com. A real human reads every message. We aim to respond within one business day, and usually faster. We do not gate support behind a plan tier; free accounts get the same inbox as paying customers.

Agencies, consultancies, and in-house SEO teams running AEO programs at scale can reach us at hello@nicecite.com for white-label PDFs, bulk credits, annual billing, or integration questions. We also take press, podcast, and conference inquiries at the same address — please mention the outlet and deadline in your first message so we can route it quickly.
Bug reports
Bug reports are the fastest way to make NiceCite better. We treat reproducible issues — especially in the crawl, schema parser, scoring, or PDF export — as high priority and ship fixes continuously. Include enough context for us to reproduce the problem without follow-up, and we will usually have an answer the same day.
What to include
- The URL you audited and, if possible, the audit ID or report link.
- What you expected versus what actually happened.
- The browser and approximate time of the run.
- A screenshot if the issue is visual.
- Whether the issue is reproducible or happened once.
Data & privacy
For privacy questions, data export, account deletion, or GDPR / CCPA requests, email support@nicecite.com from the address on your NiceCite account. We only crawl pages your site already serves publicly, we store the resulting audit data against your account, and we do not sell crawl data to third parties. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Response expectations
Email is handled Monday through Friday. Most replies go out within one business day; complex investigations (for example, a crawl that misbehaves on a specific CMS) can take longer, and we will tell you up front. We do not offer 24/7 phone support, and we are honest about that instead of pretending otherwise.
Remote-first company
NiceCite is operated by a small remote-first team. We do not maintain a public office address and we will not invent one for SEO. Mail, billing, and legal correspondence should be sent to hello@nicecite.com and we will respond with the appropriate routing.
No ranking guarantees
NiceCite measures and improves how AI engines read your site. We do not promise that you will be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, or Google AI Overviews, and we will never sell you "guaranteed" citations or rankings. Any vendor making that promise — for AI engines or for traditional search — is not telling you the truth.
