What credits are
Audits do not cost credits. Credits are spent only when you ask NiceCite to generate the fix: rewritten homepage copy, JSON-LD schema blocks (Organization, FAQPage, WebApplication, Article), FAQ Q&A pairs you can paste into your CMS, meta titles and descriptions, and short content briefs. Free includes 15 one-time, nonrenewing starter credits so you can try generation. Premium includes 100 generation credits per month — enough to ship the full first round of fixes for one site.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Premium is billed monthly at $19 or annually at a 2-months-free discount. Payment is handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record), which takes care of VAT/GST/sales tax for your region. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; Premium stays active through the end of the current period and no future charges are made. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but if something is genuinely broken on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
No ranking or citation guarantee
NiceCite measures how prepared your site is to be cited by AI answer engines and gives you a concrete fix list. We do not guarantee that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, or any other third-party engine will cite your site. Ranking and citation behavior is controlled by those engines and changes constantly. Our job is to remove the honest blockers (missing schema, vague entity, thin pages, weak trust signals) so that when those engines look at your site, they have a reason to quote it.
Methodology & honesty
