1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags and packaging should be intact.
- The item should be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items purchased as final sale or clearance items.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Once your return is approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your account.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong items).
- Restocking Fee: In certain cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items, particularly on large orders or products that require special handling.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps for a return. Once your returned item is processed, we will send you the exchange item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to return the item for a replacement or full refund.
