Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@nicecite.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and instructions. Ensure the RA number is included inside the package.
- Ship the Return: Return the item(s) to the address we provide. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item received).
Please note that we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to a mistake made by us (incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. The return process is the same as outlined above.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- A description of the issue (including photos if applicable)
We will assist you in resolving the issue and provide a pre-paid return label for the damaged or incorrect item. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund, including the shipping costs.
6. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, the return process is the same, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot refund customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges for international orders.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
