NiceCite is operated by Cerious Productions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all NiceCite orders. Paddle handles all refund processing.
  • Go to paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the link Paddle emails you to manage your order and request a refund.
  • Or contact us via the contact page with your order email and transaction ID, and we will help process the refund through Paddle.

What is covered

The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of subscription plans and one-time credit packs. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us or Paddle first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback.
